Can you treat pet urine smell?
We use an enzyme treatment designed to target urine proteins. Results vary based on how deep the urine has soaked and how long it has been there — we will assess on-site and be straight with you about what is realistic.
What about red wine?
Red wine is treated cold with a pre-treatment, never with heat. Heat sets red wine. The result depends on the fabric and how long the spill has been sitting.
What stains are usually permanent?
Bleach, peroxide, hair dye, some Indian inks, and curry that has been sitting for months are usually permanent. Most other common stains we can attempt.
Can you come quickly for a fresh spill?
