Do you clean Persian rugs?
Yes — hand-knotted Persians, kilims, Bokharas and oriental rugs. They get a hand-wash with cold water and a wool-safe shampoo, then air-dried flat.
Can you collect my rug?
Yes, we offer collect-and-deliver across Pretoria for rugs that need workshop cleaning. Most rugs we can do on-site.
Will the colours run?
We do a colour-fastness test on a corner of every rug before we start. If a rug is going to bleed, we use a different process or recommend a workshop wash.
How long does it take?
In-home rug cleaning is usually completed in a single visit. A workshop wash for delicate pieces takes a few days including drying time.
